By accessing or using DragonFlow CRM ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and DragonFlow CRM.

DragonFlow CRM is offered on subscription plans (monthly or annual) and optional add-ons. By subscribing, you agree to:
Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current rate unless canceled before the renewal date. Refunds are provided only where required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. Free trials convert to paid plans unless canceled before the trial ends.
DragonFlow CRM and all related materials — including software, designs, logos, and documentation — are owned by DragonFlow CRM and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service.
You own your data. You retain all rights, title, and interest in the customer data, leads, contacts, and content you upload or create within DragonFlow CRM. We act only as a processor of your data on your behalf. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit your data solely to provide the Service.
You may export your data at any time. Upon termination, we will provide a 30-day window to export your data before it is permanently deleted, except where retention is required by law.
DragonFlow CRM may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Meta, Google, Stripe, Apollo, Hunter). Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services, and we make no warranties regarding them.
You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, and we may delete your data as described in Section 7.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DragonFlow CRM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DragonFlow CRM and its officers, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where DragonFlow CRM is incorporated, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in the same jurisdiction.
